What is it?
Bubble tea, also known as bubble tea or also boba, is a flavored sweet tea drink invented in Taiwan. These have a base of tea mixed with fruit (or fruit syrup) or milk, and there are also slush versions, usually flavored with fruit.
Bubble tea often contains tapioca called boba, from which its name comes. These loggerheads, which in many cases can also be made of gelatin, sit at the bottom of the drink, are fruit flavored and are sipped alongside the drink with long wide straws.
